Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products within the competitive food industry. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, product development team, and external agencies to ensure our marketing efforts effectively drive sales and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Manage and maintain the company€™s social media platforms and online presence.
Organize and participate in events such as conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Requirements:

Bachelor€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the food industry.
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools) and social media platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
